Assessing Effectiveness of a Public-Private Partnership (PPP) to Improve Access to Family Planning Services in Bangladesh

The aim of this research project is to develop and assess a Public-Private Partnership (PPP) model to increase access and method choice – including long-acting contraceptive methods (LARCM) such as intra-uterine device (IUD) – for sustainable Family Planning (FP) services which will meet the unmet need in Urban Bangladesh. The said research project is being funded by DFID/UKAID through Nuffield Centre for International Health and Development, University of Leeds, United Kingdom and technically supported by ARK Foundation.
